How do I return or exchange an order in France?

You have a deadline of 15 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases. You will be refunded directly on the bank account used to make the purchase. If you choose home delivery, delivery charges will not be refunded.

We do not offer standard exchange. For a new size, another model or a different colour, just place another order on the e-store.

Only unworn, undamaged items with their original packaging will be accepted. Customised items cannot be returned.

Return procedure:

1 - Report

Go to your customer account MY ACCOUNT / MY ORDERS.

Select the order. Go to the bottom of page and click on RETURN REQUEST.

Choose the item(s) you want to return to us. Don't forget to tell us the reason.

Wait for our confirmation.

2 - Prepare

Once the return has been validated by our team, you will receive a confirmation email with your return label. Print it.
Ideally, use the original box to return the goods. Remember the packaging: the box and pouch!

3 - Send

Paste the shipping label on your parcel and drop it off at the service point of your choice!
