How do I return or exchange an order in France?

You have a deadline of 15 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases. You will be refunded directly on the bank account used to make the purchase. If you choose home delivery, delivery charges will not be refunded.
We do not offer standard exchange. For a new size, another model or a different colour, just place another order on the e-store.
Only unworn, undamaged items with their original packaging will be accepted. Customised items cannot be returned.
