Manufacturing lead time

We make each order within 7 calendar days starting from the confirmation of the order. Your order is saved when you purchase but it is only after we have checked it that it is validated and launched into production. It is also at this time that your payment is unlocked and bank account charged. You will receive a confirmation email

We undertake to deliver the package to our carrier within 7 days. Then the carrier will deliver the order within the maximum deadline advertised below.

Delivery service point - free

Your parcel is shipped within 2 to 4 business days by UPS service to the service point entered on your order, at the service point’s opening hours. This service is offered free of charge.

To collect your order you have to go to the service point indicated on the order confirmation and present identification.

Your package will be available in the service point for 14 days.

Standard home delivery - €10

Your parcel is delivered within 24/48 hours, by UPS service directly to the address indicated on your order. The carrier will provide you with the package which you must sign for.

The rate for this service is €10.
